Ingredients
- 250 gr tofu or tofu china
- 70 ml happy soy oil soya oil, or to taste
- 50gr onions, thinly sliced
- 18 gr garlic, minced
- 3 pieces dried chili, cut into 1 cm
- 300 gr broccoli, cut into pieces
- 1 piece yellow pepper, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce Indofood
- 1/2 tsp black pepper / black peppercorns, roughly mash
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Steps
- Cut tofu into cubes by size of 3 cm. Fry until yellowish. Remove and drain.
- Heat 3 tablespoons soy oil happy soya oil, saute onion, garlic and dried chilli until scented.
- Put the broccoli, stir briefly until cooked. Add the oyster sauce, Indofood soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
- Add the fried tofu, stir until all ingredients mix evenly with seasoning, then lift.
- serve while warm
